Welcome to Ms. Sullivan's Kindergarten
Mark and I at Mt. Rushmore

Hello and welcome to Kenwood Kindergarten! My name is Cathy Sullivan and I've been teaching at Kenwood since the fall of 2006. I am thrilled to be working at such an amazing school that is home to a terrific community of families.

I am a Minneapolis native and love working in the city where I grew up and live. I have a B.A. in Elementary Education from the College of St. Catherine (now University of St. Catherine) in St. Paul. I also hold a Masters in Teaching and Learning from St. Mary's University, WInona. Of course, I am continuing to learn everyday.   I learn the most from my wonderful teammates, Bailey Rasmussen and Patti Sharp and my little professors, the kindergartners.

NOTICE: Room 117 is an ALLERGY AWARE classroom. We have students with contact food allergies to nuts, dairy, strawberries, coconut milk. This means even touching the residue of any of these foods could cause the student to go into anaphylactic shock. Please try to pack lunches mindfully. Be sure your student comes to school with hands and mouth washed. IF your child spills milk/yogurt on their clothes before school, please, change their clothes.

I'm the little girl in the front. I'm not sure why I am making that face.
