Prospective Parent Night - Tuesday, January 15

Please join us for our annual Prospective Parent Night.  Drop into the kindergarten classrooms to chat with our teachers and families, then join the informal question and answer portion with our parent panel.

Band Showcase - December 11th and 13th

Join us at 3:15pm in the multipurpose room to hear the band students perform.  

Grade 5 Appalachian Studies

Fifth grade families are invited to the December 20th open house and performance in response to the Appalachian Studies unit.  Click the link for more details and timing.

Dining for Dollars: The Lowry — December 19th
It's Kenwood Night at the Lowry!  Stop by from 5:00 - 8:00pm to enjoy some tasty food and visit with other Kenwood families.  Thank you to The Lowry for donating 20% of sales back to Kenwood PTA.  

 

Anthony Middle School Tours

Beginning December 19th, our pathway middle school is offering daytime tours.  Visit http://anthony.mpls.k12.mn.us/ for more information, or call Anthony directly at 612-668-3240 to schedule your tour.

Winter Weather

Be prepared if school is cancelled due to weather.  Learn the criteria for determining when schools may be closed, and find links to update how you receive district information.  

Health Office - Illness Season

It's that time of year when kids and adults get sick.  Please call the health office at 612-668-2766 to report an absence.  Remember, in order for a child to return to school they need to be symptom free (fever, vomit, etc) for 24 hours without medicine. Family Activity/Vacation Form

If you plan on taking your child out of school for a vacation or activity, please fill out the Family Activity/Vacation Form at least 10 school days prior to the first absence.
