Welcome To Kenwood Community School

Kenwood Community School's culture of arts, academics, diversity and parent involvement sets us apart from other schools. We educate both the head and the heart. We provide students with opportunities to learn through an astonishing range of artists in our community. This is reflected in our slogan "Smarts+Arts = Kenwood School." Talk to any one of our Kenwood families and they can tell you, kids love Kenwood because our arts focus in engaging and enriching for all of our students.

Kenwood School Improvement Plan

All schools are required to have a school improvemnt plan (SIP).  While we will continue to have high standards in all acadmeic areas, the SIP helps to focus instruction in areas that the staff determines needs improvement.  These plans are created by individual schools after looking at insturctional data.
