For many years the students and staff have created a celebration of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with song, art, drama, and video.  The fifth grade students are the stars of this event. Our Parent & Staff band provide beautiful music for this program. The annual event is well attended by parents, family and friends.  It has been broadcast on Minneapolis Public School's cable television channel.
